🧙🏻♂️ Wizard of Oz 🧙🏻♂️
We were very lucky to have a theatre company (one man with his colleagues appearing on the screen) come into school. It was a fantastic show.

PC Sweetman came in to talk to us about anti social behaviour and peer pressure.
🏅Powys Sumdog Competition🏅
5/6W have loved taking part in the competition this week. Well done everyone for the super effort!
🌿🌻🍂❄️ Trees in different seasons 🌿🌻🍂❄️
We drew and coloured/painted trees in each of the seasons to show the changes that a tree goes through throughout the year.
🌿🍁🍂🍃 Mandalas 🍃🍂🍁🌿
We really enjoyed collecting leaves, twigs, conkers and acorns from the school garden to use to make a natural mandala.
🌳🌲 Trees 🌲🌳
We have spent time learning about evergreen and deciduous trees, as well as why deciduous trees lose their leaves. We went on hunt in the school grounds to see which types of trees we could find.
🦠 Germs 🦠
As part of our work on germs we carried out an experiment with bread. Mrs Phillips touched it after washing her hands, touching dirt, coughing on hands and using anti bac. After 10 days you can see that the bread that had germs on it is extremely mouldy!
